Disqualifying candidates under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment

SCOTUS ruled that former President Trump cannot be barred from Colorado's primary ballot under the 14th Amendment. In response Rep. J. Raskin (Maryland-D) announced he's working with colleagues, including Reps. D. Wasserman Schultz (Florida-D) and E. Swalwell (California-D), to revive legislation that would set out a process for disqualifying candidates under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. Track legislative developments here.
